Cash flows from multi-tenant net-leased properties differ from single tenant net-leased assets in that, more often than not, there are landlord responsibilities, third party management vendors, and staggered lease expirations. We leverage Berkeley Capital Advisors’ collective experience in underwriting a variety of tenant credit and combine it with our best in class database of active buyer requirements--both 1031 tax-deferred exchange and new equity placement.
