Tyler attended Grand Valley State University in Grand Rapids, MI, where he earned dual B.S. degrees in Real Estate Finance and Marketing. After starting his investment sales career with Colliers International, Tyler relocated to Los Angeles to join Matthews Real Estate Investment Services, where he served as a Senior Associate within the firm’s net lease division. Tyler’s attention to detail, hard work, and perseverance has garnered him the trust and respect of his clientele, which range from institutional investors and high net worth individuals to merchant developers and industry leading franchisees. Tyler resides in Hermosa Beach, CA and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), as well as a candidate for the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
