Al Dickens joined Berkeley Capital Advisors in 2020 and specializes in the sale of single-tenant net lease properties nationwide with an emphasis on capturing the 1031 tax exchange market. Since joining Berkeley, Al has been a part of closing 350+ transactions valued at well over $1 Billion. Prior to joining Berkeley, Al played several seasons of professional golf on various tours including PGA Tour Canada. He was a 2x Academic All-American on the Men's Golf Team at East Carolina University, graduating with his B.S. in Marketing. Al enjoys spending time with his family and friends, and all sport-related activities. Al remains active in his community through YoungLife, Charlotte Family Housing, and Hope Community Church. Al is a Charlotte native and currently resides there with his wife, Courtney, and son, Jay.
