Alex Nations joined Berkeley Capital Advisors in 2022 and specializes in the sale of multi-tenant retail assets and malls across the Southeast. Prior to joining Berkeley, Alex graduated from Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with an emphasis in Real Estate. Alex is a Charlotte native who enjoys cheering on the Tar Heels, playing basketball, and finding the best local desserts.
