Darby Burke joined Berkeley Capital Advisors in January 2022 as an associate and specializes in the underwriting and sale of single tenant properties throughout the country. Since joining Berkeley, Darby has been a part of the valuation and closing of over 150 transactions totaling more than $460 million in sales volume. Prior to joining Berkeley, Darby served in the United States Navy from 2016 to 2022 where he was stationed in San Diego, California and Virginia Beach, Virginia. Darby graduated from the University of Mississippi in 2013. Darby is a native of Fredericksburg, Virginia. In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf and spending time with his friends and family.
