Devon Dykstra joined Berkeley Capital Advisors in 2025 and specializes in the sale of multi-tenant retail assets throughout the Southeast. Prior to joining Berkeley, Devon developed her expertise in real estate investment and capital markets at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services as Associate Market Leader in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and at Jones Lang LaSalle (formerly HFF) as a Capital Markets Associate in Newport Beach, California. Devon was a Division I athlete at the University of California, Los Angeles, where she played volleyball and graduated with a B.S. in English. Born and raised in Southern California, she now lives in Charlotte, NC with her husband, daughter, and golden retriever, Maverick.
