Gus Bowen joined Berkeley Capital Advisors in 2019 as a member of the ‘Street’ Retail team, specializing in the disposition of unanchored multi-tenant retail centers, specialty retail, and mixed-use projects throughout the southeast. Gus graduated Cum Laude with a B.S. in Finance from the University of South Carolina in Columbia, SC where he also studied Spanish and Ceramics. Gus is also an FAA-Certified Drone Pilot and has logged numerous hours photographing shopping centers for both internal marketing purposes and client projects. Gus is passionate about the outdoors and is an avid surfer and fly-fisherman. Home for Gus is in the Holy City (Charleston, SC) where, outside the office, he enjoys the pleasures that the ocean provides.
