Gus Bowen joined Berkeley Capital Advisors in 2019 as a member of the ‘Street’ Retail team, specializing in the disposition of unanchored multi-tenant retail centers, specialty retail, and mixed-use projects throughout the southeast. Since joining Berkeley, Gus has worked on over 150 separate transactions for $1B in sales volume. Gus graduated Cum Laude with a B.S. in Finance from the University of South Carolina in Columbia, SC where he also studied Spanish and Ceramics. Gus is also an FAA-Certified Drone Pilot and has logged numerous hours photographing shopping centers for both internal marketing purposes and client projects. Gus relocated to Charleston, SC, in 2023, where he currently resides. He is passionate about the outdoors and enjoys surfing and spending time on the water.
