Heidi Fitch joined Berkeley Capital Advisors in 2025 and specializes in graphic design for multitenant retail properties. Prior to joining Berkeley, Heidi was a Senior Graphic Designer with JLL Capital Markets in the Carolinas. She graduated from the University of South Carolina, Columbia in 2020 with a B.F.A. in Graphic Design. Outside of the office, Heidi enjoys figure skating, exploring new restaurants in Charlotte, and going on walks with her dog.
