Madison Codiga joined Berkeley Capital Advisors in 2024 and specializes in the sale of multi-tenant shopping centers. Prior to joining Berkeley, she interned with Medalist Capital and was an Associate on the Kenan-Flagler Real Estate Private Equity Fund. She graduated with highest distinction from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2024. Madison lives in Charlotte with her husband, Jack, and is a member of Life Church.
