Morgan Hall joined Berkeley Capital Advisors in 2018 and specializes in the underwriting and sale of retail shopping centers throughout the Southeast. Prior to joining Berkeley, Morgan and her husband owned and operated a 9round fitness franchise in Rock Hill, South Carolina. Morgan graduated with her Masters in Real Estate and Finance from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and with her B.S. degree in Psychology from Clemson University. Currently, Morgan is on the board for Urban Land Institute and the NextGen International Council of Shopping Centers. She is a Charlotte, NC native who enjoys working out, reading, and spending time with her husband and their dog, Tank.
