Payne Thrift joined Berkeley Capital Advisors in 2023 as an Associate who specializes in the sale of multi-tenant retail assets across the Southeast. Prior to joining Berkeley, Payne graduated from Harbert College of Business at Auburn University where he received his bachelor’s degree studying finance. Payne is a Charlotte native who enjoys playing golf and watching Auburn sports.
