Quinn O’Donnell joined Berkeley Capital Advisors in August 2023 as an associate and specializes in the underwriting and sale of single tenant properties throughout the country. Since joining Berkeley, Quinn has been a part of the valuation of roughly 40 transactions adding up to just over 100 million in sales volume. Prior to joining Berkeley, Quinn received a Bachelor of Arts from Denison University, where he graduated in May of 2023. There he was a part of the men’s varsity lacrosse team making two sweet-sixteen appearances in the NCAA tournament and winning 3 NCAC championships, one of which he was named tournament MVP. Quinn is a native of Atlanta, Georgia. In his free time, Quinn enjoys spending time with friends and family as well as golfing, fly fishing, and hunting.
