Sarah Bailey Carpenter joined Berkeley Capital Advisors in 2022 and specializes in the graphic design and marketing of multitenant retail properties throughout the southeast. Prior to joining Berkeley, Sarah Bailey was a Graphic Designer for JLL Capital Markets in the Carolinas. She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2016 with a dual B.F.A. in Art History and Studio Art with a concentration in works on paper. Sarah Bailey is an active volunteer with Charlotte-Mecklenburg Animal Care & Control. Outside of the office, she is an avid reader and enjoys card games and live music. Sarah Bailey lives in Charlotte, NC with her husband and two rescue dogs.
