Will Walton joined Berkeley Capital Advisors in 2015 and specializes in sale of shopping centers, mixed-use assets, and mixed-use developments throughout the Southeast. Prior to joining Berkeley full time, Will interned with Berkeley in the Charlotte office and with PGIM Finance in Atlanta, GA. Will graduated with distinction from Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a B.S. in Business Administration and a concentration in finance and commercial real estate. Outside of the office Will currently serves as the president of the Providence Day School Board of Alumni. He enjoys traveling and the wine industry. Will lives in Charlotte, NC with his wife and goldendoodle.
