BCA is pleased to announce the sale of Westport Village in Louisville, KY. The center is Louisville’s premier shopping destination, featuring over 40 locally owned boutiques, restaurants, fitness studios, and service-oriented businesses. We sold the center in 2019, and ownership has done an excellent job creating value through capital improvements and proactive leasing efforts.
This marked our second transaction in Louisville in 2025 and we’re active in the Kentucky market.
