Alicia Lara joined Berkeley Capital Advisors in 2023 as part of the West Coast Team, specializing in the acquisitions and disposition of Net Lease Investments across the US. With a strong emphasis on Quick Service Restaurants, Alicia has represented both institutional and private investors. Prior to Berkeley, she worked as an Investment Advisor at Sands Investment Group. Graduating from Cal State Fullerton with a degree in Psychology, Alicia ran a successful therapy practice before transitioning into Real Estate, bringing a therapeutic approach to help achieve her client’s needs. She has dedicated time to causes against human trafficking and loves volunteering with her daughter Maxine. Alicia resides along the coast of Orange County with her husband Matt and 3 children: Maxine, Zachary, and Aubree.
