Dave Faris specializes in representing clients with the acquisition and disposition of net-leased properties across the country. Dave works alongside BCA’s West Coast Team which has completed over 1,300 NNN deals. Dave has been involved in commercial real estate since 2015, working on a national acquisitions team focusing on properties that were uniquely challenged environmentally. He strives to create meaningful relationships through radical transparency, empirical creativity, and a dogged drive to help his clients reach their investment goals. Additionally, Dave values hard work, a skill he learned growing up onboard industrial fishing trawlers on the Bering Sea. In his spare time, he enjoys studying debt cycles and how they affect investments and transactions. Dave graduated from the Cal State Merchant Marine Academy with a bachelor’s degree and holds an unlimited tonnage, US Coast Guard license.
