Robert Vasiliavitchious joined Berkeley Capital Advisors in 2021 and specializes in the acquisition and disposition of net leased investments sales nationwide. Based out of the West Coast office, Rob has consistently been involved in the success of single-tenant closings, winning Top Sales Agent in 2021. Rob started his career on the brokerage team at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services, where he developed relationships with clients ranging from private investors, high net-worth individuals, and institutions to publicly traded REITs, developers, and franchise operators. Prior to entering the commercial real estate industry, he attended The College of Business at Illinois State University where he earned his B.S. in Finance and Marketing with an emphasis in Professional Sales.
