In his current role as a retail investment expert, Zack Williams specializes in representing clients with the disposition and acquisition of net-leased properties across the country. Working alongside Partners Gary Chou, Aron Cline, and Calvin Short in Berkeley Capital Advisors’ West Coast Office, Zack primarily focuses on the Convenience Store and Gas Station sectors. Prior to entering the commercial real estate space, Zack earned his Bachelor’s degree in Strategic Communication and a Minor in Business Administration at the University of Colorado, Boulder. He then went on to join Matthews Real Estate Investment Services where he served alongside top investment sales broker Gary Chou on the firm’s top-producing single-tenant net-leased team. As a leading force in the industry, Zack has actively been involved in some of the highest-priced gas station transactions in the market. And, as a professional in advisory services, he and his team have utilized their deep-rooted investment sales knowledge to create value for their clients and cultivate long-lasting relationships with publicly-traded REITs, developers, multi-state franchisees, and high net-worth individuals. As a southern California resident, outside of the office, Zack spends his time surfing, golfing, and fly-fishing. He also dedicates his time to Hotel Ministry, where he makes monthly visits to homeless and distressed families living in motels to bring food and share Christian values. He is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
